Dennis J. Bellafiore has been Operations Manager at KRC since 1997.  He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania where he served as Assistant Professor of Physics. He also served as Professor of Physics at Franklin and Marshall University. He worked for 12 years at the Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), including as the manager of its largest corporate account (DuPont) and as Total Quality Manager for the company. Over the past dozen years, he has served as an organizational change consultant, a manager in a Lancaster printing company, a development consultant with geographIT Incorporated of Lancaster, and a partner in KRC projects funded by the Appalachian Regional Commission, Brookings Institution, Federal Mediation and Consultation Service, William Penn Foundation, and National Governors’ Association. Dennis also provides pro bono organizational consulting to KRC itself. He is a member of the Academy of Management and Sigma Xi.
