Michael Wood has been the Research Director for the Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center since 2007. He received a Master of Public Administration degree from Penn State and a BA in accountancy from Western Michigan University. Michael has over 10 years of prior experience in Pennsylvania tax research and local government budgeting. Prior to working at PBPC, he was the Budget Manager for the City of Harrisburg. He also has several years of experience as a Revenue Forecasting Analyst for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and served as a Pennsylvania Management Intern.
