PITTSBURGH — President Obama called Tuesday for sticking with his domestic agenda "even if it's not always popular" and portrayed congressional Republicans as obstructionists who favor "more tax breaks for the wealthy and fewer rules for corporations...Not all the news is good: Unemployment in the region, at 7.5% when Obama visited to host the summit of industrialized economies in September, stands at 8.1% "Steelworkers don't become doctors, so it's a painful transition," said Mark Price, labor economist at Keystone Research, a think tank in Harrisburg.
