Keystone Research Center and ReImagine Appalachia released new state fact sheet and regional cover brief outlining remaining eligibility, key deadlines, and steps to accelerate solar projects in Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. These fact sheets show how if half of the solar capacity in the PJM queue receives the federal Investment Tax Credit, it would represent a tripling of the region’s solar capacity and bring in almost $9 billion in federal investment. These fact sheets are a continuation of Keystone Research Center’s April 2026 report titled It or Lose It- Accelerating Solar in Pennsylvania”.
