Diana Polson is the Pittsburgh Policy and Research Director at the Keystone Research Center. Her research and policy work spans a range of issues affecting working families, including workers’ rights, union growth, quality jobs, budget and tax policy, and access to higher education. She works at the nexus of applied research and worker and community organizing, producing rigorous analysis that informs policy solutions and helps build a city and state where all residents can thrive. Diana earned her Ph.D. in political science from the CUNY Graduate Center and lives in Pittsburgh with her wife and two sons.
