Reducing Industrial Sector Emissions in Pennsylvania
(RISE PA)
Updated on September 23rd, 2025
PA’s exciting new $396 million RISE PA program offers companies a 30% to 60% subsidy for small, medium, and large “industrial decarbonization” projects. It will pay for: electrification, energy efficiency, industrial process emissions reductions, fugitive emissions reductions, fuel switching, on-site renewable energy; carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS); and other steps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
